At Kharidi, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a straightforward return process outlined below.
Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any questions about returns, feel free to contact us at the same email.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom or personalized items, personal care goods such as beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out to us before placing your order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item following the steps above and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info.kharidi@gmail.com.
